Mascots

In 2021, Middlebury College Department of Theatre produced Jose Rivera’s Giants Have Us in Their Books (direction: Alex Draper; costume design: Mira Veikley) and Qui Nguyen’s She Kills Monsters (director: Olga Sanchez Saltveit; costume design: Mira Veikley.) It took a village to build the many mascots, including the Tiamat 5-headed dragon with a unifying body, the Beholder, and the Tiger. My contribution for all was in the structural concept and fitting, patterning, and managing project completion.
